Shipping Policy

1. At House Of Dechen, all care is taken care for a smooth delivery of your products. Thus our delivery partners are reputed
national/international companies. Shipping within India is free, however outside India will be charged as per standard
courier and governments norms.
2. Because each product is uniquely crafted by the artisan, shipping time varies based on the product, fabric and process
involved. A minimum of 15 days will be required to process your order. Wherever possible we shall mention the process
time and tentative delivery period for each product on the individual page.
3. Our courier companies will deliver as per their standard schedule except Sunday and Public Holidays. All deliveries are
subject to Force Majeure conditions.
4. Address change will be accepted only if order has not been shipped.
5. Tracking information will be provided as soon as the product is shipped to your designated destination.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests will be accepted strictly within 24 hours of placing the order only.
