Please note the policies in case your wish to change or return
1. Eligible products can only be returned within 10 days from the date of delivery.
2. If you do not find the product(s) satisfying, you can return it as long as the following conditions are met: It should be
unused. You can wear it to check for fit and comfort, making sure that any smell does not transfer to the product (natural
body odour, body deodorant, perfume etc.). It should be unwashed. In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged,
you should email us a photo of the damaged product within 24 hours of receiving your order. Product tags should be intact.
3. At times, the returns policy may vary. Not all products are eligible for returns. Items mentioned as “Promotions/Final
Sale”, these marked products do not fall under the standard return policy. Policies for these products would be specially
mentioned for each individual product. 
4. Once your return has been authorised, would be happy to issue you a credit note. We promise that for the entire amount a
credit note will be issued. However, the credit note process will begin once the product returned product has gone through
physical quality checks. We do not have facility of refund but only of credit notes and exchange/change.
5. All returns are subject to the discretion of House of Dechen. We assure our 100% genuine business practices.
